Doctor in Social Sciences Mention in Management from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua (UNAN-Managua). Graduate in International Relations with a major in International Trade from the Catholic University of Nicaragua (UNICA). Specialist in Strategic Planning in Tourism at the Central American University (UCA). Postgraduate degrees in Regional Integration and Corporate Social Responsibility at the Central American Institute for Integration (ICI).
For more than 10 years he has held management positions in the Public Sector of Nicaragua. Since 2015 she has assumed as Co-Director General and Administrative of the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism – INTUR. Between 2013 and 2015 she served as Executive Secretary of the Secretariat for Central American Tourism Integration.
In 2013 she was appointed Executive Vice President of the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism (INTUR), having previously served as Director of Tourism for the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua and liaison between INTUR and the Central American Tourism Council (CCT), the Secretariat for Central American Tourism Integration ( SITCA) and the Association of Caribbean States (ACS).
Between August 2008 and April 2010 he worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Specialist in International Politics.
