Director of the Integrated Management Project from the Watershed to the Reef of the Mesoamerican Reef Ecoregion.


Engineer in Natural Resources Management, Environmental Economist and Natural Resources trained at the National University of San Carlos de Guatemala, Los Andes de Colombia - Maryland from the United States.

For more than 25 years, she has worked on initiatives for natural resource management, rural development and climate change, in direct support to governments, producer organizations and rural communities in public policy and economic instruments; governance and value chains for natural resources.

He has worked in Central America, Mexico and some countries in South America.

He has been a university professor and researcher, worked in various institutions such as IUCN, Rainforest Alliance, FAO, CATIE; implementing projects from agencies such as USAID, DFID, GEF, DANIDA, NORAD, among others.

He is currently part of the team of the Central American Commission for Environment and Development (CCAD) in El Salvador, as director of the Integrated Management Project from the Basin to the Reef of the Mesoamerican Reef Ecoregion.
